How much does your service cost?

Cost depends on the package that you will avail. You can check the Packages section of the site for more info. Please note that the price shown on the images are subject to change without prior notice so make sure to contact us for the updated prices.

How to make a reservation?

You can send us a message through the messenger chat on lower right of the screen. Another way is to go to our Reservation section to book an online reservation. You may also visit our facebook page EJ's Catering Services.

I can't make an online reservation in your website, what should I do?

For now only registered users can make a booking online, this is to assure that all bookings is tied to a valid customer but is still limited to a maximum of 5 bookings per user. We are still into finding ways to prevent flooding of reservation / fake reservation, Once done we will implement it.

I'm already a registered user but I can't make a reservation online?

There might be some issue that causes your reservation, please feel free to message us through the website messenger or through our facebook page EJ's Catering Services.

I already made a reservation online, how do I know if it is approved?

Our administrator will approve your booking you will receive an email and text for this.

My reservation is cancelled, why?

We have a limited capability and man power to do more bookings, once we have reached our limit we cancel some bookings but we make sure our clients receive a message either through an email or text message.

Can I still cancel the event that is already paid?

Please make sure to read our contract agreement regarding cancellations.
